We stand by our products and accept returns for items in new and unused condition in original packaging purchased for up to 30 days after you have received the item. To initiate a return, email help@chillwithhost.com with your order number and reason for return. During the flash sale, customer inquiries are monitored and handled in real time, and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on approved returns in new condition and original packaging. Your return must include your packing slip; without it, your refund cannot be processed. Please contact customer service with any questions.

Refunds:
After we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after processing. All shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
